Beat the summer heat with these tasty and fruity treats

STRAWBERRY-BANANA YOGURT POPS

1 ½ cups Frozen strawberries

1 Large banana, quartered

1 cup Creamy yogurt

2 Tbsps Raw honey

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Transfer into individual ice pop molds and cover with foil. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Freeze again for at least 4 hours or overnight.

 

BANANA-CHOCOLATE CHIP YOGURT POPS

3 Medium bananas, quartered

1 cup Creamy yogurt

1 Tbsp Raw honey

¼ cup Miniature chocolate chips

 

Place the first three ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips then transfer into individual ice pop molds and cover with foil. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Freeze again for at least 4 hours or overnight.

 

EASY MANGO YOGURT POPS

1 cup Diced ripe mangoes

1 cup Creamy yogurt

2 Tbsps Raw honey

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Transfer into individual ice pop molds and cover with foil. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Freeze again for at least 4 hours or overnight.
