The morning smoothie that’ll cure your hangover

Looking for a hangover remedy? Here’s a smoothie recipe you can try to energize yourself after  the partying end and the head pounding pain begins. Made out of veggies and fresh fruits, its a sure way to refresh yourself after an all-nighter. Plus, it gives you enough nutrients to bring you up your feet again.  


Hangover Cure Smoothie
Makes 2 servings


½ cup Romaine lettuce, torn

½ cup Spinach leaves, torn

1 Banana

½ cup Coconut water

½ cup Almond milk or soy milk

¼ cup Coconut sugar

½ tsp Malunggay powder, optional

8-12 Ice cubes


Purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
