Makes 4-5 servings

5 ears Sweet corn, husks on

5 Tbsps Taco seasoning mix

½ cup Finely grated Parmesan cheese

½pack Unsalted Butter (about 150g), melted

½ cup Mayonnaise

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill. Grill corn in husks until lightly charred all over, about 7-10 minutes, depending on the temperature of the grill. Turn frequently to cook all sides evenly.
  2. While the corn is cooking, combine taco seasoning and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  3. Peel husks until corn cobs are clean. Pour melted butter on a plate and roll cobs on melted butter, coating all sides.
  4. Next, use a silicone brush or a knife to spread cobs with mayonnaise. Sprinkle generously with taco-cheese mix. Serve immediately.

TIP: You can find taco seasoning in the spice section of your local supermarket.
