Makes 20-24 cookies

3 cups Whole wheat flour

½ cup Muesli

½ cup Oatmeal

1 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Salt

½ cup Granulated sugar

1 cup Brown sugar (do not pack)

1 ½ cups Unsalted butter, melted

3 Eggs

2 tsps Vanilla extract

3 Tbsps Honey

½ cup Dried berries

⅓-½ cup Nuts

1 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients (flour, muesli, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and salt) and set aside.
  2. Using your mixer’s paddle attachment, mix the two sugars together at low speed. Add the melted butter and mix until thoroughly combined and butter is not separating.
  3. Add eggs one at a time checking to see the freshness of the egg before adding to the batter. Beat well after each addition. Mix in honey and vanilla extract.
  4. Clean sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Remove bowl from the mixture and hand fold nuts, fruits, and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop onto prepared cookie pans at least 1-inch apart and bake for 7-10 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
