You think a smoothie can never be healthy? Once it’s loaded with banana, yogurt, and blueberries, you’ll be thinking twice! Time to smoothen your smoothie!


Frozen Banana Yogurt Smoothie with Blueberries


Makes 2 servings


6 Cavendish bananas

1 cup Plain yogurt

1-2 Tbsps Honey



  • Granola
  • Fresh blueberries


  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a resealable plastic bag. Freeze overnight.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend frozen bananas and yogurt until smooth and creamy. Taste and season with honey.
  3. Transfer to small serving glasses. Garnish with granola and fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
