Luncheon Meat Trio

1 can Luncheon meat, diced

*Canola oil

  1. In a large non-stick pan, heat canola oil and pan fry diced luncheon meat until slightly seared on some sides. Set aside.



Small flour tortilla

Cooking oil for frying

Fresh vegetables like carrot strips, jicama strips, sliced cucumber (toss vegetables in 1-2 drops of sesame oil, season with salt and pepper)

Diced and fried luncheon meat

Japanese mayonnaise


Scrambled egg, nori strips, chopped spring onions

  1. Heat cooking oil in a flat frying pan. Fry tortilla quickly until crisp on both sides.
  2. Top crisp tortilla with vegetables and luncheon meat. Add a squirt of Japanese mayonnaise and top with egg, nori strips, and spring onions.




1 cup Cooked rice

Diced and fried luncheon meat

Mixed pickled vegetables


Sweet chili sauce

Japanese mayonnaise

  1. Put rice in a bowl. Top with luncheon meat, pickled vegetables, kimchi, and scrambled egg. Add a swuirt of sweet chili sauce and Japanese mayonnaise. Garnish with spring onions and nori strips.




Pita bread

Cooking oil for sautéing

1 Onion, sliced

1 Small carrot, cut into sticks

1/2 wedge Cabbage, shredded

Diced and fried luncheon meat

Scrambled egg

Chopped spring onions

  1. Heat cooking oil in  frying pan. Stir fry onions, cabbage, and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm pita bread in a dry pan and cut in half. Stuff pita pockets with sauteéd vegetables and diced luncheon meat. Top with egg and spring onions.
