Smoky, tender pork drizzled with tangy dressing – a perfect meal for a warm summer evening!


Grilled Pork Salad

1 kilo Liempo

1/3 cup Vinegar

6 Garlic cloves, minced


Black pepper

1/4 cup Olive oil

5 Tbsps Balsamic vinegar

3 Tomatoes, cut in wedge

2 Whole onions, cut into wedges and grilled

5 Tbsps Cilantro, chopped

  1. Clean and dry pork liempo.
  2. In a medium bowl mix vinegar, garlic and seasoned with salt and pepper. Marinate the liempo for 1 hour or more.
  3. Grill the liempo and chopped onions and tomatoes under hot grill and turning until cook through. Then chopped the liempo it into thin strips
  4. In a medium bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 3 Tbsp cilantro seasoned with salt and black pepper then add grilled pork liempo, tomatoes, grilled onions then sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
