Matcha and Mango Bubble Tea

Quench your thirst with refreshing, delicious, homemade bubble tea!


Matcha Bubble Tea

Makes 1-2 servings

4 Tbsps Matcha powder

2 cups Milk

3 tsps Honey

3 Tbsps Cooked tapioca pearls


  1. Boil milk and stir in the matcha powder until dissolved. Turn off heat.
  2. Stir in the honey and whisk until dissolved. Set aside to cool completely.
  3. In a glass, put tapioca pearls and ice. Pour in the milk tea mixture. Serve.

Mango Bubble Tea

6-8 servings

6 cups Water

6 bags Black tea

2 ¼ cups Fresh ripe mango puree

¾ cup Sweetened condensed milk

1 ½ cups Cooked tapioca pearls


  1. Boil water then turn off heat. Put black tea bags and steep for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the mango puree and condensed milk
  3. Put about 3 tablespoons of cooked tapioca pearls in a glass. Put ice and pour over the milk tea mixture. Serve.
