Mango Lassi
 
Lassi is a traditional yoghurt-based drink from India and Pakistan, with mango lassi being one of the more popular flavours. It’s ridiculously easy to make and healthy for you too! Feel free to substitute cardamom for cinnamon.
Ingredients
  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ⅛ tsp cardamom, ground
  • 2 tbsps honey
Procedure
  1. Place ingredients in a blender
  2. Purée until smooth
  3. Top with crushed cardamom
