2 Tbsps Cooking oil

¼ cup Dried shrimp (hibe)

2 Eggs, beaten (season with salt and pepper)

4 cloves Garlic

3 cups Cooked rice

2 stalks Spring onions, chopped

  3. Use the same pan for the egg. Pour beaten egg mixture in the pan to cook like a thin omelette. Cook until done. Set aside and slice into strips.
  4. In a large wok, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic then add rice and toss for 5 minutes. Add dried hibe, eggs and spring onions and toss until all ingredients are incorporated. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with black pepper.
