Lamb Chops with Mustard Sauce
Serves: 2-3
Fancy dinners were never so easy! Earn bragging rights for your dinner party hosting skills with this simple, sophisticated lamb chops recipe.
  • 4-5 pcs lamb chops
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps chopped shallots
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsps Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsps heavy cream
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsps olive oil over medium heat. Cook lamb chops about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and preferred doneness. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over low-medium heat. Sauté shallots in olive oil until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour chicken stock and simmer until reduced.
  4. Add Dijon mustard and mix well. Mix in heavy cream and chopped parsley. Serve with lamb chops.
