Making your own pizza is easy!

 

HOMEMADE PEPPERONI AND 3-CHEESE PIZZA

Makes 4 servings

 

4 pcs Personal-sized prepared pizza crust (store-bought)

1 cup Prepared pizza sauce, divided into 4

2 cups Quick-melting cheese, divided into 4

Sliced pepperoni

2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided into 4

4 Tbsps Extra-virgin olive oil, divided

¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh ground black pepper, to season

½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Baby arugula leaves (optional)

 

  1. Set the oven to broil.
  2. Heat the pizza crusts individually in a stovetop pan until light brown. Transfer to an oven rack and top with the rest of the ingredients in the order that’s written.
  3. Bake in the middle rack until the cheeses melt and start to turn golden brown.
  4. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and baby arugula leaves and serve immediately.
