Grilled Combo

Grilled corn and slaw, your two favorite summer treats combined!

Makes 4-5 servings


¼ head Cabbage, shredded

¼ head Red cabbage, shredded

2 Tbsps Rock salt

2-3 ears Sweet corn, grilled



½ cup Light mayonnaise

2 Tbsps Soy sauce

2 tsps Sesame oil

2 Tbsps Lemon juice

⅓ cup Cilantro (leaves with stalks)

2 Tbsps Chopped garlic

Salt and pepper, to season



  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage and rock salt. Rinse off salt under running water and let drain completely.
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully scrape off the corn kernels from the cob. Place corn kernels in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the grilled corn kernels and cabbage. Set aside.
  4. In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in dressing with the corn and cabbage. Taste and adjust seasoning. Chill before serving.
