We Can’t Get Enough Of This Stir Fried Shrimp And Tofu With Chives

With large amounts of Vitamins A and K, chives are your shield against bacteria and viruses. What’s even better is its flavor, somewhere in the middle of garlic and onion. And once it’s mixed with the right ingredients, you can produce a hearty dish that is good for your health.


Makes 5-6 servings


1 Tbsp Cooking oil
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
8-10 pcs Shrimps, shelled and deveined
100g Chives (kutchay), cut into 1 ½-inch strips
1 large square Tofu, cubed and lightly fried
2-3 Tbsps Oyster sauce

  1. Heat cooking oil and sauté chopped garlic.
  2. Add shrimps and stir-fry until pink, about three minutes.
  3. Add the chives and fried tofu.
  4. Season with oyster sauce and mix well until shrimps and tofu are well-coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
