Salt and ground black pepper

Cayenne pepper

8 Basil leaves

12 slices Honey-cured bacon

8 spears Mini asparagus

Mango Salsa:
1 Tomato, cut into small cubes

1 Ripe mango, cut into small cubes

1 small Onion/sibuyas tagalog, minced

1 tsp Sugar

salt and pepper

1 Tbsp Olive oil

Cayenne pepper

5-7 leaves Cilantro, roughly chopped

  3. Season asparagus with salt and pepper, and put into the oven once fish is halfway done.
  4. Meanwhile, combine tomato, mango, onion and garlic. Add in remaining calamansi juice, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Add the cilantro leaves to salsa and mix gently.
  6. Serve fish fillet by topping it with asparagus and the salsa.
