Makes 6 small logs


500 g Ground chicken

600 g Ground pork

3 Tbsps Pickle relish

1 Medium onion, finely chopped

¼ cup Raisins

¼ cup Finely chopped carrots

¼ cup Finely chopped chorizo de Bilbao

¼ cup Green peas

5 Whole eggs

½ cup Bread crumbs

4 Eggs, hard boiled and halved

1 can Vienna sausage

Cheddar cheese, sliced into strips

Salt and pepper to taste

6 sheet Aluminum foil


  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ground pork, pickle relish, onions, raisins, carrots, chorizo, green peas and eggs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide meat into 6 portions. Spread the mixture on a sheet of aluminum foil. Arrange chopped sausage, hardboiled egg and cheese on top. Fold meat mixture over the filling and shape into a cylindrical roll. Squeeze both ends of the foil to tighten. Repeat.
  3. Bake rolls in a preheated oven or steam for 1 hour. Unwrap and slice before serving.
