Start your day right by having a healthy meal that is sure to keep you going until you hit the bed. Add fruits to your yogurt and cereal for a scrumptious breakfast. It’s a good way to begin the day with a smile on your face!


Fruit Bowl Yogurt


2 pcs Kiwi, peeled

1 slice Ripe papaya, cubed

1 Banana, sliced

10-12 pcs Seedless grapes

3-4 Tbsps Greek yogurt

  • Honey
  • Granola or crispy flake cereal


  1. Slice or chop all the fruits into bite size pieces. Toss all fruits together in a bowl.
  2. Top with the Greek yogurt. Drizzle honey over the yogurt, just enough to add sweetness.
  3. Sprinkle granola or cereal. Enjoy!
