Big Fish: Cheesy Baked Salmon Recipe

Looking for a new way to impress your guests? Salmon gets a spin in this cheesy dish that you can pair up with your favorite cup of rice. Once you got it served on your table, guests will have a hard time resisting this pleasing cheesy baked salmon.  

 

Cheesy Baked Salmon
Makes 6-8 servings

 

1 ½ kilos Salmon fillet

  • Salt and ground white pepper, to season

1 ½ cups Mayonnaise

¼ cup Chopped fresh dill

¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsps Lemon juice

 

  1. Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Lay fillet on a clean chopping board. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Season with salt and ground white pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread about two tablespoons of dill mayo mixture on the bottom of a baking dish then place salmon fillets on top.
  4. Spread dill mayo generously all over the top and sides of the fish.
  5. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 375˚F oven or until golden in color. Serve with rice, couscous, or pasta.
