Who can resist the heavenly combination of chocolate and peanut butter? This dessert hits all the right notes, whether you’re a chocolate lover, a peanut butter enthusiast, or a pie fan! It’s made for any occasion, so you can enjoy it anytime you want!

Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
Makes 1 pie

30 pcs Store-bought peanut butter cream cookies

¼ cup White sugar

¼ cup Melted salted butter

1 cup Heavy cream

¼ cup Powdered sugar

1 block Cream cheese

¼ cup Powdered sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

¾ cup Creamy peanut butter

  1. Separate peanut butter cream cookies and scrape off filling. Put cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine. Transfer crushed peanut cookies into a bowl.
  2. Add white sugar to the crushed cookies and mix well. Drizzle melted butter over the mixture and mix with a spoon to distribute butter evenly. When evenly moistened, transfer to a pie plate and press down with a spoon to make a crust. Carefully spread an even layer at the bottom and the sides of the pie plate.
  3. If a more stable crust is desired, bake this in a preheated 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
  4. To make the filling: Using a whisk attachment, whip heavy cream in a mixing bowl on high speed for two minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat for another 1-2 minutes until whipped. Set aside.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla using a paddle attachment for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add peanut butter and beat for another 2-3 minutes more.
  7. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese-peanut butter mixture and mix until well-blended.
  8. Pour into the cooled pie crust and spread evenly until the edge of the crust. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. To garnish, pipe whipped cream on the edge of the plate and decorate top with pieces of peanut-chocolate bark or crumbled chocolate-peanut candy.

½ cup Melted chocolate (from block, chips, or candy)

2 Tbsps Roasted salted peanuts, chopped

  1. Melt chocolate in a stainless bowl over a pot of simmering water.
  2. Pour melted chocolate on a flat sheet or tray. Use a spatula to spread a thin sheet of chocolate then sprinkle peanuts over the chocolate. Allow to harden in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cut into small  irregular shapes to decorate the peanut butter pie.
